3.1 Minimum Age

4.4 Payment Verification
09bed requires that deposits and withdrawals be made only through payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. If any discrepancy is identified, the transaction may be rejected.
4.5 Taxes & Charges
09bed does not currently charge any additional processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own fees — 09bed is not responsible for those.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
09bed offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
09bed has four VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Based on your gaming activity, you may be promoted to a higher tier.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. If a user is suspected of exploiting the bonus system through dishonest methods or collusion, 09bed reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and any associated winnings.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an incorrect bet was processed due to a technical error, 09bed reserves the right to make a final decision.
6.2 Sports Betting
For bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events, the markets and odds provided by 09bed are final. The decision of the relevant sports governing body or 09bed's game control department shall be considered final in determining results.
6.3 Live Casino & Slots
All casino games are operated through verified and certified software providers. RTP (Return to Player) rates and game rules are available in each game's information section. Game outcomes are determined through an automated and impartial process.
6.4 Bet Cancellation Circumstances
A bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned
- If incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error
- If a game server disruption occurs and the result is not recorded correctly
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by 09bed
09bed may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraud, cheating, or dishonest activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Providing false information
- Use by a minor
- Suspected financial fraud or money laundering
7.2 Account Closure by the User

7.3 Balance in Closed Accounts
If an account is closed due to a rule violation and contains funds obtained through prohibited activity, that balance will be forfeited. Whether legitimately deposited principal funds are refundable will be decided by 09bed after review.
Technical Issues
8.1 Server Disruption
